Dont rush into things. If u let him know right away,nothing will happen.
If you're not already friends...become his friend. Make eye contact. When you see him say hello.
Make small talk. Let him know you exist. And go from there. With time one of you can express your feelings.

just freaking hell tell him how u feel..
its this problem that MOST girls have that makes so many guy's life miserable waiting for an answer that is so vague..
