What's a good program to skin my Windows Xp, but that does not take up alot of memory?

I have DesktopX, but when I run it, my computer start to take about a min to load Internet Explorer.

they all require a large amount of ram and video ram. the bset one i've used so far is style XP.

another thing, get rid of internet explorer. there are a lot of security flaws in it. use mozilla firefox instead.
