Does anyone know how to call someone's cell phone (from a land line) and have it go right to voice mail?

If the phone is turned off then it goes immediately to voice mail. I do not know any other way for it to go straight there without ringing.

Depends on the service...Some Sprint phones you can dial a "1" immediately after the phone number and it will go straight to that person's voicemail.
