First of all, why do you need a girlfriend?
But if you really need the help...
1. Be friends with her. Hang out with her. If she isn't your friend, it's almost impossible.
2. Wear nice cologne. Don't buy cheap stuff like axe or tag. Use Ralph Lauren Blue/Black.
3. Find out if she already has a boyfriend or not.
4. Ask her out to a dance that's coming up. If your too shy... you know what? Just run up to her and say, "Hey, I know this might sound crazy, but you wanna go to the dance with me?"
5. Use pickup lines, although they almost never work.
6. Bring her gifts and flowers on her birthday/Valentine's Day to show you really care.

1. Be a gentleman: open doors, carry her things, offer her your seat, etc.
2. Be clean, girls dont like slimy greasy guys, take care of yourself.
3. Respect her and her interests, don't put down her friends or things she is interested in.
4. Be a great friend, be caring, smile, listen to what she has to say, etc.
5. Once I like a guy, I want something from him to show hes serious, give her flowers or a teddy bear, or chocolates or something sweet like that.

Don't act too desperate. The small little things are what counts. That is what most girls will notice. Like you helping someone, or if she drops something pick it up, and then strat up a convo. Don't be shy but also dont be tooo onfident. We like a guy with confidence that can talk to pretty girls like myself, but if your just cocky, no way. Hope i helped

Talk to her, start up a conversation, get to know her and share what you know, stare into her eyes listen and care about her, and if doesnt work with her it will happen soon with someone else, who knows the girl just might like you too.
