Lust means an intensfying desire to have sex. passion means a desire to own, to be clse to, It doesnt make out only sexual relation, It may create love, friendship.., But lust makes only sex. A man can feel lust 2 a prostitute by the first sight. But passion is built upon time.

well lust is just basically a physical er...'horniness'...i guess you'd call it. passion can really refer to any type of obsession with something. you can be passionate about your artwork, but you don't want to make out with it, do you? let's just say if you've got a lust for someone, you want to kiss them very bad. but if you've got a passion for them its more love-related...you'd do ANYTHING for them...but yes, there may be lust there.
