well, dieting can be hard, but this is what works for me:
alot of the time dieting can be hard because its easier to grab a snack cake or something quick, but if you make dieting easy and quick, you'll be more likely to eat those things
I like to make my daily meals out ahead of time 1-2 days at a time.
first i'll start with breakfast, which i usually will just eat cereal and like an orange or something, but you can buy eggbeaters (its an egg substitute) and make eggs, omlettes with lots of veggies in them, etc. or ill eat some yogurt or oatmeal, less than 100 calories!!
i buy alot of tupperware and premake salads so that when i am hungry, i can grab one for a snack or whatever. if you make the salad easy to eat and good, you may just eat them. i always boil eggs and put them in there as well as tomatos, cheese, and turkey breast.
Premake some tuna salad and keep it in your fridge for lunch or what not, or chickensalad with grapes in it is really good!!!,
remember when eating breads, weather its wheat or white, WHOLE GRAIN is always better for you. also, making sure you have alot of fiber in your diet will help you along the process.
for dinner i always like to cook up alot of chicken breast and keep it in the fridge, chicken is good for you and you can make lots of things with it. i personally love chicken stirfry. some brown rice, red, yellow, and green peppers along with some red onions, cook it up in a pan and yum! also, when you cook, try to use extra virgin olive oil or canola or peaunut or sunflower oil. vegetable oil is bad for you!!
also, if you want to eat pasta, whole grain pasta is much better for you, and you really cant tell the difference.
when you want to snack, try the ricecakes by quacker oats. they come in all types of flavor, applecinnamon, brown sugar, maple syrup, chocolate chip, etc. and are really good!! only like 50 calories or something.
also, try to drink mostely water. if you want some flavor, drink juice, but watch what juice you drink, many are just sugar!
I love juice, i refuse to drink soda, not good for you.
as for milk, try to stay away from whole milk, i drink 2 %, but 1% and skim are better for you.
keep alot of fruit and veggies laying about. i enjoy carrots and ranch dip for snacks, or will make up some fruit salad, great for dessert!
when you want something sweet, try angel food cake, its fat free and great with some strawberries and plain yogurt!
hope this helps, remember, everything is ok in moderation
happy holidays!!

drink diet tea (its this chinese tea, its kinda like a laxative), and drink lots of water. When you are eating, look at your hand, it determines the right proportion of food you should be eating. Your whole hand should equal the amount of fruits/veggies on your plate, your palm should be the amount of carbs & protein. Your thumb size determines the amount of fat you should incorporate in your plate. Only eat to the point when you are full, and drink lots of water because it fills your tummy and tricks u in believing you are full. And eat 3 times a day, with a fruit snack in between your eating times. Don't eat in front of the TV or while doing something else that removes you from focusing on what you are eating. And if you concentrate on the food, and really appreciate the taste/texture of it, you get full fast, with eating only a small portion of food.
Exercise doing cardio (running) 30-45minutes a day, do crunches for 10 min, and squats/lunges for 10-15 min.
Im stressing water water water!!!! because it maintains hydration and also fills your tummy fast with only eating a bit of food.
Oh yeah, try to stay away from restaurants/social outtings that require eating, because you will just rationalize what you deserve to eat and then end up eating waaaaayyy toooo much!
Do this for 3 to 4 weeks and trust me, you will lose a lot of weight and look absolutely FANTABULOUS! I did it to get in shape for my Venezuelan beach vacation.
And if you can train your stomach to eat less food, you will maintain your new look for a very long time.
Good luck

Hi!
It's simple: you can eat anything you want as long as nothing is fried, only grilled or boiled; avoid pork, processed cheese, cream and butter. Avoid cakes and pastries. Eat everything fresh, not frozen. Lots of vegie soups without the fat! Do not have soft drinks, only freshly squeezed fruit drinks that you make urself and know what you put in them! Lots opf water helps as well!
So, as long as you reduce your sugar and fat intake, u are prone to lose heaps of weight in no time in a healthy way!ALSO, try to walk, swim or dance for at least an hr every day.
Good desert: Fresh low fat ricotta mixed with fresh berries and 1 teaspoon of honey on a rice base (sugar free)

Veggies, fruit, whole grains, beans, fish, lean meat.
Avoid: soda, fried food, fast food, and anything that can be sold in a vending machine.
For treats, eat a small portion of something you really love, like dark chocolate or angel food cake. You'll feel more satisfied than if you tried to replace it with something lo-cal.

Unsweetened fruits, veggies, non-fat milk or other low-fat dairy if you're not allergic. Lean protein, if you're not vegan. That includes eggs. No bread or pasta unless it's whole grain, and only in limited quanities. (not a laundry basket full of spaghetti)
