I am also working out. I dont want to drink protein shakes or anything that has too much dairy products and I am not a person that has time where I can eat constantly.

Ask your doctor for a healty way, mine told me I needed to eat protein bars. Food network has some recipes on how to make your own, but it sounds like you don't have time to do that.

I knew a guy that ate pnut butter and jelly sandwiches everytime he ate and he was overweight.You dont eat you dont gain weight.you have to overeat to get bigger.
