It depends on where you go, but generally $25-50. If they charge any less, I'd really check their credentials and make sure that they're autoclaving everything. You don't want to end up with hepatitis because you wanted to save a few bucks.
Also, make sure that your piercer is experienced. There are some major veins that run through your face around the eyebrow region. If they hit one of those, it would be a bad, bad day.

when i got my eyebrow pierced it cost $45.00 which i know is a little high, but i wanted to go to a good place that had a good reputation and was really clean.
whenever i saw someone with a pierced eyebrow i would ask the person where she had it done and thru process of elimination i found the right place for me.
when you do have your eyebrow pierced, make sure that you keep it really clean....use hydrogen peroxide then apply neosporin ointment, which is an antibiotic ointment, to keep your eyebrow from becoming infected.
do this several times a day to make sure to get rid of all the germs and to allow it to heal nicely.

it depends on if you want a bar...or hoop....bars run from $30-35....hoops $20-25
