Okay first of all, mid 20's is not that old to still be a virgin.
Second of all, she should not just have sex to get it over with, or to just do it. I have a friend who found the first guy and had sex with him just so she wasn't a virgin and she later realized what a mistake it is. Think about what you will tell your future lover about your first time..? WHy not wait for HIM to be the one you sleep with?
So, there is NOTHING wrong with being a virgin.

I find it to be an admirable thing to be her age and a virgin. I wish I was. Sex only complicates things, and if you aren't with Mr. right then what is the point.
Please tell your friend that i think it is cool.

There is NEVER a time limit to these things. You lose your virginity when you feel that you are ready, not when society thinks you should.
