It depends. I am a nice guy and I don't finish last. The old saying, "Nice guys finish last" should be modified correctly as, "Nice guy who have no balls or spine finish last".
There is nothing wrong with being a nice guy. Just don't confuse being nice to woman as being romantic and charming to a woman. Being nice to a woman will not spark romantic feelings towards you. You gotta learn how to flirt, be playful and make a woman's heart swoon. If you can do that, being nice is a plus for you.

nice guy as in "push-over" nice, usually make it last, just because you guys are not competitive enough for the girls. Play a little hard to get, and be a little jerky in a "I-like-you" kinda way, without being a total "I'll-do-anything-for-you" in a desperate kinda way.
So no -- nice guys do not win, sometimes you need to get down and dirty.

I really feel as though "good guys" are a rare find. I have always been attracted to the "bad boys". But after being treated like crap by them, I want nothing more than a good man. I believe that good guys are amazing and well deserving of a wonderful woman.

nice??? nice girls like punk a** guys and nice guys just like anything or seem to. i would be yourself and we all know that nice guys come in last. i'm a nice guy but not too nice. just have an even keel. there are golddiggers out there! if your nice, next thing you know your broke!
