I am having the same problem...well i am a lot younger and i am the girl...i guess i am waiting for him to tell me that he doesn't like me that way.
I think you should tell her immediately, so every time you talk to her she doesn't just keep falling head over heels for you. Just say something like "We are great friends and all, but i don't see us as anymore because i think of you as a sister or something. I am really sorry but i really just want to be friends."

tell her exactly that. It might hurt her but a lie would hurt even worse. Just tell her the truth, at least you guys will still be friends.
