There is this girl who I really use to like and there was this really complicated story. But the other night i really bonded with with her at a party. Should i ask her out or what, and also she is one of my good friends.

yes, you have friendship which is THE most important part in a relationship. my first relationship with my girlfriend was a total failure because we lacked friendship. we became best friends a year later and are now going out again. we have been going strong for over 2 1/2 months and have everything a teen relationship needs. friendship, love, maturity, and a little smooching =)
ask her out and you won't regret it.
