im 14 5'4 107 pounds and i am training to make school soccer and track any ideas on workouts or what to eat er ya

I'm not a coach..........but I am a soccer grandma...My granddaughter is 10 she has been in sports since 5 years old. She does track, long jump, basketball and soccer all the time.
I figure if she is athletic she need proper nutrition. I do my best to do that for her.
This is basically her diet.
Butternut squash with splenda and buttery spray

Some type of meat her fav is steak.

If there is no squash then sweet potatoes

Always a fresh fruit bowl with at least 3 diff fruits.

Green Beans w/ buttery spray

Buttered spaghetti or

Frozen Pirogi..........(from store)

If you notice I watch the fat intake even at 10.
The pasta is for high energy before games
The squash or sweet potatoes is for eyesight and high in antioxidants.

Most of the time we used all of the sweetners or sweetner blends.

These are the basic foods that she likes and seem to be working.

PS she was on 2 soccer teams this year
The City Team and The all Stars. Good Luck to You Sports are important for all youngsters. It is especially good for keeping on the straight and narrow path.

I Take it you are in high school..........Some day I hope HJAM will do likewise.

Most important...........stay away from fast food and pre-packaged food always try to keep it fresh cooked...............God Bless You!
