The phrase is for my son who died at birth. It is "Until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of His hand"
It is going on his gravestone and I am going to get a tattoo of it.

These are the closing lines of the famous Irish blessing "Go n-éirí an bóthar leat" or "May the road rise to meet you"

"Until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of His hand"
Translation:
Go mbuailimid le chéile arís, go gcoinní Dia i mbos A láimhe thú.
