I am trying to find out the percentage of the world as a whole studing the religion of just Christianity alone without any other religions involved. This is for for my daughters research paper...and of course you know it is due in the morning.

There are approximately 2.1 billion Christians in the world, so ruffly 1/3 of the world population considers themselves Christian. Approximately 75% of adults in the United States and Canada Consider themselves Christians. Christianity is the largest of the world's religions and is also the fastest growing.

Currently Catholicism is the largest Christian denomination citing over 1 billion in constituents. Second would be the protestant Churches, with the Pentecostal denominations leading those numbers.

Sounds to me that this is a trick question.
True Christians do not practice religion.
Their Christianity is a reality to them and a way of life.
No practice is required.

However, people that call themselves Christian but do not walk hand in hand with the Lord Jesus Christ by folloeing the Commandments are fooling themselves in believing that their souls are saved. That percentage of the people is great and I have no idea what the percentage is?

The worldly figures, based on who the world percieves as Chritian, are over a billion... but those who are truly of The Christian Faith are far fewer.... many "churches" which claim to be filled with "christians" will still be full if The Rapture of The Church happend on a sunday morning...The world thinks of the US as a "christian" nation. When in fact perhaps less than 10% truly are... most likly less.

Each year, the number of Christians increases but the percentage decreases...

only one hope for the Christian church company and the Islam organization to continue their feature business , which is to hire more educated people with a science knowledge and train them to mix and match there old book content to modern day science theories. . . Pay them some money , you can do that.
