sit ups but you have to do them regularly

Sit-ups or Ab crunches help to tone the ab muscles. I don't really think that you can spot reduce though. Cardiovascular workouts are good for overall fitness.

my guess..50 sit ups each morning..and a good diet plan . great question by the way. im putting this one on my watchlist.

eating apples is also a good muscle enhancer
