Nope! Do not diet. People should eat sensible food, exercise at least 30-45 minutes every day. Be active and enjoy your body. I was 125 lbs when I was 14 and gradually as I got older I lost ten pounds and to this day I weight 115 lbs. Do not worry! Just stay active and enjoy your youth.

OK, your 14 and 125 lbs., how tall are you? Are you 5'6 and 125 lbs., then you are a great weight. Or are you 4'11 and 125 lbs., then you are a bit overweight. You can look up height and weight charts on the Internet. Just type in height and weight chart in your search engine and they will come up by the hundreds.

No! But if you want to be on the safe side, you can:
1. Go running 4-5 times a week after school.
2. Watch what you eat. Stay away from chips, soda, and those yummy fried foods. Go to subway for lunch whenever you can.
If you start to have a diet schedule, I promise you will see results in 3 weeks.

No im guessing your over 5 feet tall so you should be fine,,, dont diet, just watch what you eat dont eat junk food everyday, eat healthy stuff, and exersize.....you dont loose all your baby fat till your an adult,,,, i took course about this kinda stuff, and you really dont have to worry about it,,, just make sure to eat right and stay active,,,, remember muscel wieghs more the fat so try to loose your fat by gaining muscel and you will look thinner that way as well if thats what you are feeling.... hope this helps

no way! you're fourteen years old, your naturally gonna have some baby fat on you, but as you get older you will naturally lose it as long as you get exercise and eat right and everything, you're body is still growing! don't mess up your body's natural cycle, or your mental state for that matter! starting dieting at 14 could lead to serious eating problems later on. just be healthy and have fun.
