Cout Calories Burned per Activity Chart:

Drink lots of water, exercise at least 20 minutes a day 5x a week, and you'll see results. There are lots of exercises you can do with baby. I personally walk the treadmill with my 5 month old son in a carrier strapped to my chest at [1.5] speed, with a [1.5] incline for 20 minutes in the evening. THis is a Super work-out! whew! Important: Hold on to the handles, and you might have to take a break or two for baby but you can do it! Perseverance counts, and so does preparation!
Do eliminate caffeine [sodas, and coffee], and Don't eat 3 hours before you go to bed, i.e. 8 pm.

My mother lost almost 100 pounds last year starting around Christmas time and ending around May. All she did was she cut everything she was eating normally in half and excersized as much as possible. She went to the gym during her lunch breaks from work. She started working out for a half hour and now is up to 2 hours of exercise.

You don't have to limit your food, but eat a well balanced diet, incorporating plenty of fruits and vegetables, lowering carbs does tend to help, but you don't have to totally cut them out. exercise is one of the best things. I lost 30 lbs last year just by walking, without changing my diet (ie-if you can put the baby in a stroller and walk the mall, do a treadmill while reading your college text book when the baby is sleeping) If you really need a specific diet plan, the Susan Sommers diet is awesome, because you can still have your carbs and coffee, but it shows you how to organize/plan your meals so that your body will properly digest them to benefit you the most.

I used Medifast diet. It's a Dr. supervised program. He has to check you out before going on it. Because at 1st you don't really eat anything but drink this power 5 to 6 times a day. But I did lose 50 lbs in 4 months. talk to your Dr.
