Fruits are good and so are vegetables. The fruit might have a vitamin that the vegetables does not have or vise versa. Just know that you should eat five servings of both together a day. But both of them are healthy. Eat and enjoy!

We cannot say which is healthier because both are necessary for our health. That's why the Great Physician, and Doctor above all doctors says in Genesis 1:29
And God said, “See, I have given you every herb that yields seed which is on the face of all the earth, and every tree whose fruit yields seed; to you it shall be for food.
Both are necessary for our health, but if we have to choose between the two, I think we can survive better if we depend on fruits only rather than vegetables only.

I think that both fruits and vegetables are healthy, each in their own way. I'm not a big fruit eater, so I eat more veggies. Try Googling your question and see what comes up.

I don't think one is necessarily healthier than the other. You need both to make a complete healthy diet

Vegtables are better for you. They aren't as high in sugars, they're full of vitamins, protiens (in many vegtables but not all), and complex carbohydrates that keep you full longer.
