More benefits, especially for families of the women in service. As far as harassment is concerned, I believe most of it is unjust and it is just women using their sex to get ahead.

I guess you could promise them all assignments in the USA.

Seriously, I can't see any incentive that would work to encourage a woman from a Socialist country like Britain to join the military. They've already got all the benefits without any of the hardships.

Also, for what it's worth what the USA has been doing with military women since the 1970's when they combined the men and woman's USAF isn't working. That's why Colin Powell gave up and quit, when President Bill Clinton ordered him to accept gays. If the military can't figured out what to do with women, how are they supposed to deal with gays?

As a woman I hope there is no incentive to encourage women to join the fighting machine of death. We bring life into the world, not kill other women's children.

As Gandi said, "an eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind."

For a start we need something to be proud of and in Britain at the moment there is nothing to be proud of,another thing is to stop cutting back on bonus's while fighting abroad and give our armed forces a lot of money for doing what they do.
