I can' t hold it anymore. The extra pounds I have is making my life miserable. It is not to the extreme but I am chobby. I do receive compliments from guys but some people around me starting my mom make me feel horrible. Everytime I am around her, she has to make a comment about my weight. "You look disgusting get out of my face". The time I told her my co-workers were sexually harrasing me, she said that was because I was fat.
I am eighteen and I work as a cashier in a restaurant where my co-workers joke around telling me fat related nicknames, or saying that I am pregnant. If they think I am fat and ugly, so why the **** they flirt with me. That just humiliates me and makes me feel like garbage. My boss does not care.
I don't know what to do. I am trying so hard not to hate myself, but I think I am going to loose control one of these days.

what you need to do is gather all your hatred from the insults of your mom coworkers and other dumb a.sses and focus it in a very agressive workout. listen to sum music while you work out make it fun. all you have to do is build lean muscle mass in the areas you want copletely trimed and then do some cardio. going out to run is a great way to do cardio, of swiming go to a pool and swim a thousand yards every day( thats not too hard leme tell ya) in about 3 or 2 months your undesirable weight will be gone, and i mean it will be gone, and girl you will look sexy. i saw that picture of you hmmmmm hmmmmm, if you look like that when you are chubby o dam you are gonna be dam sexy when you shred the weight down. so yes just focus your hate on the fat. dont hate yourself. just the fat. the fat does not belong to you so you can hate it. last but not least cut bad eating habbits you dont got to completely change your diet. heck i eat 3 times more than i ate when i was fat. so yep thats pretty much it. but there is onely one thing that you must know. you got to have a routine and keep up with your work outs, or else it will not work

The best thing you need to do is not over obsess over your weight. Look, I have been there before. At one time I was 40 lbs overweight. It was the result of all that beer I drank when I was in Europe. LOL. So I really had no one to blame but myself on that one.

The best thing you can do is get yourself into a gym and start working the weight off. Not to please someone else, but do it for you. Lose the weight not only will it be good for your won self-esteem, but in the end you have to live with the health risks by having too much weight.

Another thing you need to keep in mind when other guys see you is that one person's dog is another person's babe. Beauty is on the eye of the beholder. If someone else thinks you are too fat for them then you just tell them, "I am not too fat, I am too much woman for you". LOL

Your mom needs to more supportive to you and not so down on you that is wrong so wrong family comes first not as for that crappy job do look around and find a job youu like apply fopr post office it pays very good and good benifits or what ever you like ! but when you snag this job go to this job u hate where they make fun of you and when it is very busy and they need youu rreally bad just say hey remeber all the **** youu put me through check this and walk out with pride and mayby a good ole finger right at them as for your looks if this in the pic is you please you look very hot be proud of your self being insecure when yuir young is common , you look very pretty hell if i was 18 i chase you down in a heart beat but at 40 i probaly just end up losing my breath lol it gets better , take care now ok

Well, every little thing you go out and do will make a difference. for instance, walking around the block or changing one of your meals to something more healthy. Also, maybe you should consider switching jobs, and talking about it to someone you can trust. One healthy meal a day makes a big difference, as does doing one active thing a day, like running for 10 minutes or riding your bike. It doesnt have to be anything big, start small and build your way up. good luck!:)

Is your pic a recent one of you? It doesn't make you look fat. Perhaps your mother is domineering and has her own weight issues. If she can't deal with them satisfactorily she may be taking her frustrations out on you.

Maybe the co-workers are joking about you being fat, because they know they can get a reaction from you about it. Its obvious you are unusually sensitive about it.

The best advice I could give is for you to stop stressing about your body image and learn to love and accept yourself as you are. We all possess the gift of beauty. Our bodies are only beautiful as long as our youthfulness holds out, but if you learn to tap into your inner beauty, you can let IT shine. You'll be much happier and your whole life will change for the better. Good luck.

By the sounds of things your mum doesnt seem very nice at all to you and i totally understand that you must be feeling like crap. My advice would be to change your diet and start exercising it will make you feel heaps better go twice a week atleast. Go with friends and hang out with people who will complement you not put you down. Stick up for yourself, dont let people walk all over you its your body love it we only live once. You can be slim if you change your ways of thinking. mind power can be changed.

Fight back. Tell them their breathe smells like they brushed their teeth with dog poop. Tell them you don't know whether to give them a breathe mint or toilet paper.
I'm kidding, but the more you show it bothers you, the more people will ridicule you. This goes for all aspects in life. I know this is easier said than done, but it's what you have to do. Also, get on an excercise plan. Work on your body, mind, spirit.

You need to change jobs, why would you stay at a place of employment with people who are so ignorant. They are probably jealous. And as for your mother, sorry to say, she needs her head examined. What a way to talk to ones daughter, she should check her self for a mental examination and quickly. Here's a diet that helped me lose about seven pounds earlier this year:

Breakfast: Two pieces of toast with light margarine, two semi-thick slabs of part-skim mozzarella or cheddar cheese, 1 cup apple juice.

Mid-morning snack: Two SMALL chocolate-chip cookies, one-and-a-half cups of green grapes.

Lunch: One carton low-fat vanilla yogurt, one banada.

Mid-afternoon snack: One green apple.

Dinner: One serving of meat, iceberg lettuce with grated part-skim cheese.

Evening snack: One serving of fruit, one cup of apple-cinnamon herbal tea with SugarTwin.

First, you are npt fat and ugly, Second, you need to change jobs., and third, I know she is your mom but you do deserve respect from her. I feel if she can't give respect she don't deserve any herself.
