His guy that I like said that I was hard to talk to. Then after a few seconds he said that it wasnt me it was just he gets nervous around me. I asked if I could do any thing to help him not be nervous around me and he said no. Is this a good sign or bad?

He is being truthful in saying he is nervous. He certainly must like you to feel that way. Just go with the flow. Maybe lighten up the conversation with some jokes.

It sounds like he has a crush on you and is just extremely nervous around you. I'd say it's probably a good sign.
(I'm not a guy, I'm a girl. I just have a lot of guy friends and I know some guys are like that when they really like someone.)

try prompting him to talk a little more, a lot of guys are shy because they don't think that any girl wants to hear about the things that are on their mind. be sincerely interested in whatever he has to say, ask him questions regarding what he says....a few rounds of that will have him talking to the point of boring you.
