Absolutely not! There are chemicals in the oil paints that could become toxic, even if you used water based oils. Drying time depends on the thickness of the paint, whether you used a pallet knife or brushes to apply it. You might try putting it in front of a fan.

If you bake it in the oven, it will burn; it may possibly even explode, depending on the type of oil paints you are using. Try facing the easel towards a fan or something. Dehumidifying the room may also help it dry quicker. But under NO circumstances should you ever put an oil painting in an oven.

Are you severe or are you an entire fool? Oils are complicated, they do no longer dry, they oxidize over a volume of time. in case you need to do paintings (and god help us) attempt doing it in something that dries rapid, consisting of acrylics.

to speed up drying time DO NOT BAKE. use a bit of winsor and newton 'liquin' or 'zec' from grumbacher.
