Polaroid Television?

I just bought a 20' Polaroid television with a DVD connected to it. The place where the DVDs are supposed to go into, won't open up. I know that it won't open because we bought two of the televisions and the other one is opening up.

Any ideas?

If you just bought it, take it back. Exchange it for a new one.
