When she bites give her a stern No and give her a chew toy. If she still bites when she does spray bitter apple in her mouth they come in bottles.

Get the pug some toys to chew on perhaps a stuff animal and the pug will bite the toy instead of u.

Smack her when she does it. She'll stop.
Or call in Carlos Millan. He seems to get pets to do things they don't want to do without smacking them.
It all comes down to establishing dominance. You can do it with food, vocalizations, or a good smack.

if she bites again say NO! as if u mean it and if she keeps on doing it say NO! and flick her in the noce!
