Can I plug ina 100v into a 110v?

I was living in Japan and moved into Europe so Im not sure

You probably can, but Europe is almost all 220V. If you plug in there directly, you could blow stuff up. You'll need a transformer to get the Europe 220V down to 110V or 100V.

more than likely..yes because 110 volt appliances work in 120 volt outlets and it won't matter. If it is a computer or a tv that is very sensitive buy a converter.
