There are 3 Kelley Blue book ratings, including what the dealer will set it for, what the dealer will buy it for, and what the average person could sell it to another person for.

They know that once you leave the store there is less chance of you returning. I would stick with your offer of $15,000 and reject their counter.

Oh, and check exactly wht that three-year warrantee covers. It could be things that seldom go wrong and not the areas you may have concerns about.

What was the original sale/value of the car? 20,000 miles out of what 60,000 or 100,000.

Some times if it looks like a value you need to walk away knowning this is a used car, especially since it was "on sale."
