You can eat apples or seed less cucumber. but if you have diabetics and knee pains, you should not eat cucumbers. Never eat bananas at night; it's bad for health. Bananas are best eaten in the morning. I think apple is the best choice in fruits.
You can also eat cereals, but with low fat milk; if you don't like fruits. or cookies which has not calories in them.
Or if you dint like any of the above mentioned foods then eat your favorite food and do a little extra exercise in the morning or when you do exercise(if you do). You have to make some balance.
But important thing is dint go to sleep in empty stomach, it's bad for health.

Fruit
multigrain toast
multigrain crackers
whole wheat crackers
popcorn
And make a gratitude list of 3 things for which you are thankful each and everyday.
It makes you look forward to something besides the snack.
GOD bless.

How about hot chocolate?
Hot chocolate is really good, not fattening, and it helps you fall asleep (if you drink it with milk)!!!
