She weighs like 250 pounds and doesn't brush her teeth. She also smells all the time. I try to be nice but I wish she would just leave me alone. What should I do?

Be nice and be honest at the same time! Put yourself in her shoe. How would you feel if she is mean to you if you are the one who is asking her out!
Here is a suggestion. Why don't you tell her that you are flattered and that you are not interested because you are not looking for a relationship at this time. That you want to concentrate with your school and clubs/sports(whatever that you are doing).

Just in a nice way explain to her why u just dont want to go out with her....i mean i know its gonna be hard on her but maybe if u r nice enough to tell her she will realize that she needs to take care of her self

Just be honest and say I am not interested in going out with you. You don't have to be mean or disrespectful just be firm. If she asks you again then you may have to be more blunt and say something like " when are you going to get it through your head I am not now or ever will be attracted to you please leave me alone" If she still doesn't get it then push her in front of a bus;)

Well first of all, in a case like this, the best thing to do is to go up to her and say, I know you like me, but i don't think it will work out between us, simply because we were not made for each other, so please stop asking me.' then walk away i hope it works and good luck.

That's really sad! OMG I'm sorry for her and you. ok, well I would just say "I like you and all but only as a good friend....I'm sorry" That should work I don't think she'll be too hurt. Just give it a try and hope it works. I hope I helped.
