Ok, first off, this is why you either gain weight, or do not lose it: Your body needs energy which is in the form of calories to produce ATP which is energy your body's cells use to function. Now, if you take in to many calories, that is more energy than your cells need, and the cell will actually shut down, and store that extra energy into "fat storage". Now, when you are not taking in enough energy for your cells, the cell will go to the "fat storage" and take the energy from that storage cell to make the ATP for energy, thus the reason for losing weight. I would start and monitor your calorie intake, find out just how many calories a day your body needs to function. Also, eat more healthy such as whole grain breads, fruits and veggies, and try and cut out the bad fats, and flour. You can still eat and lose weight, just watch how much calories ( energy) your taking in.

in case you're vomiting after ingesting "too early or too previous due" then it style of feels you have got an ingesting ailment. Weighing a hundred and sixty isn't life threatening (your top should be time-honored, are you 5'2" or 6'a million"?). you're acceptable approximately there being no magic pill. dropping weight isn't rocket technology, your metabolism has to consume extra energy than you soak up. You try this by utilising controlling the style of energy and by utilising familiar cardio workout. Get a calorie e book which you would be able to hold once you save so as which you comprehend ahead the style of energy in each and every product, cut back out sugar, white bread, candy, cookies and different hi-carb ingredients. For each and every week save a nutrition diary, then pass over each and each meal and paintings out the energy ate up, and that includes any snacks which incorporate "potential bars" which declare to be healthful yet are regularly crammed with sugar and intense in energy. Weigh your self on an analogous time each and every morning and save a chart, each and every pound will advise lots extra to you. reliable success.

Hello.. I've had problems losing weight too. I've tried everything from Weight Watchers and pills. The one thing that did work was counting calories. Write down everything you eat in a day in a notebook. Just keep track of what goes in your mouth. The book "Choose to Lose" helped me too. It will tell you how many calories and fat calories you need a day to get to your ideal weight. Good luck!!

the best way is to eat the right carbs (check out the book Sugar Busters for help in the carb area!!!)
and approx
3 oz protein
3 oz veg
3 oz carb
AT EACH MEAL and have MORE meals in a day
3 main meals and 2 snacks work good.
Not as easy as it sounds, but we did it and lost TONS of weight,
hubby dropped from 300 lbs to 170 in under a year and the only exercise we did was 20 mins of treadmill 3x a week.
STICK TO IT THOUGH !!!!

Sorry if this is ambiguous but you're probably eatting too little or too much. Your body need 3 solid meals a day. Also you won't lose weight over night. Talk to your docor or a nutritionist and give it a month before expecting results.

dont listen to the run 15 minute crap... you need to run at LEAST 30 minutes to get a good work out and even BEGIN burning fat... the first 30 minutes is mostly sugar and other nutrients... after the cardiovascular system has been pumping for about a half an hour and cleared out the system of burning off the sugar and such, it then turns to the fat to burn into energy

Stop eating fast food. Period. Forever. No more Taco Bell, McDonald's, Wendy's, KFC, Arby's, Hardeez, whatever. Stop eating it. Nothing but cheap, high fat, high calorie comfort crap engineered to make you addicted to it and raise profit margins.
Bottom line is this: burn more than you eat, and you lose weight. Eat more than you burn, and you get fat. You cannot lose weight and go back to eating crap, either. It's a permanent lifestyle change, and if you can accept that then you'll lose all you like.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!

Eat three meals a day. Definitely breakfast because it starts your metabolism. If you don't eat anything for breakfast you will gain weight I know it might not make sense but go with it. Definitely don't throw up your food. Okay totally bad bad idea.

My doctor put me on what is called a maintenance diet. It consists of whole-grain carbs; lean meats, poultry, fish; low- and no-fat dairy products; veggies (fresh, frozen, canned); fresh, not canned fruit; diet pop. Out of the 7-day week, it's 6 days on, 1 day off. The day off is when you can eat whatever you want in any amount. I dropped 45lbs. :)
