I don't want to completely go on a diet, I'm thirteen, but what foods will really keep me awake and energized through the day?

Fruits and vegetables. My mum swears by them and does not get sick either. Fruits and vegetables are loaded with vitamins and minerals.

well what i do, is have like 4 snacks a day. I make 2 of them healthy, and 2 of them what ever i want them to be. I usually have carrots and honey bunches of oats (cinn.) before lunch, then after lunch i have something really small, then before i leave school i have like a energy drink, like edge or atkins, ect....
So i am not hungry when i get home and so i dont eat alot for dinner. It works. Hope it helps! =)
