how to make your neighbor sorry he ever messed with y0u
step 1: get a huge sling shot or catapult
step 2: with a clothespin on your nose, collect used baby diapers
step 3: at exactly midnight load the sling shot or catapult with the diapers and FIRE!!!!

that should stink up his yard and house so much that he'll be sorry he ever messed.
for a bonus look for open windows and AIM!!!
and if his car is out, i hear vaseline is good for windows and glue is good for decorating. [along with nice hot pink glitter].
just make sure you wear a ninja costume with a mask and gloves so you won't get caught!!!
and just in case he files something against you for suspision, video tape him doing it to your house for proof against him.

B/c your neighbor is a whack-o. Give him change back & don't let your Mom know you're doing it. With eggs goes toast ~butter&jelly~on his walkways &windows. With spegetti sauce goes pasta in his mailbox. Get some linburger cheese if he needs a real foodfight inside dryer vent or cellar windows he will want to move with that stench!!!

animal-mo answered you. Whatever you do, don't use "self help" by taking it into your own hands. Call the police, get a restraining order if appropriate. (Can you PROVE who is doing this? Very important or NO ONE will take it on.)
Edit: Da Man is right on. PROOF--if you can get it. weatherhu good example of "self help"--sure, & get arrested for assault! george p just kidding I hope? Dog not on leash! You get it!

Your family and your neighbour have already started the feud and getting the police involve is unlikely to settle it unless both sides want to confess to the problems involved. Best bet is for your family to move to some place with no neighbours so it can't start again.

Call the police because that vandlism because it' destoring propoty or take them to court or try to talk to them if they begin to argue with you or they say they will stop and continue to do it take them to court or it they are younge well give them a waring and if they still do it take them to court

well if you've tried the police and they won't stop try doing your own surveillance and catching them on camera if that doesn't work daunt your own cat burglar outfit with a bunch of friends and do something even worse to them like bleaching their lawn or putting sugar in their gas tank and you can put vaseline on their car windows

My response would be to send my lawyers over to the Vandal's house. If that doesn't scare them I would go for a full fledged lawsuit.
