Yes, you can make gravy with boullion, but it is gonna be so salty you won't like it. However, just dissolve the bouillon in water, and make your gravy by melting butter, stirring in flour, and instead of water or chicken broth, use the bouillon water.

It'd be best to buy the broth but check for high sodium levels on the can or box. (Swanson's & Collge Inn make some great broth but I'm not sure about the sodium content) As for using boullion cubes, they are high in sodium. Eating an apple & drinking water with it, will give you the fullness you deserve. Also, eating a cup of sugar free jello & drinking water with it will keep you feeling full.

Add salt and soy sauce together and put the chicken inside. The you boil it in the rice cooker(Put the mixtuer on a plate). Homemade recipe. If you dont have a rice cooker, just boil it suspended over boiling water. Oh yeah, the water must keep on boiling. Put in a saucepan and put the lid on.
