Hi,
I want to bulk up. How many diffrent exercises / sets/ Reps should I do to build muscle?

The MAX-OT system recommends using heavy enough weights that you can do at least 4 reps but not more than 6. You can find out more by starting to read here:

This is a free program and is worth your while to look at. They are promoting their nutritional suppliments, but you can mostly ignore that if you want. The exercise program is sound.
