I mostly use the Bowflex Sport, but I also have free weights...does anyone know of a good workout with bowflex workouts for upper-body? If not, what normal upper-body exercises do you know of? I am trying to build muscle MASS.

I have the same setup, plus an exercise tower (for pullups, dips, and vertical knee/leg raises). I've been doing Max-OT (see link) for the last couple months, and have been very happy with my results.

Just one warning about this site: AST Sports Science is a supplement company and they really push their supplements hard on you. You can decide if you want to use them or not, but don't believe it when it says you have to use their product. I'm not using any supplements (other than multi-vitamins), and have been doing good. Just follow the exercise part of the program, and do any supplements you want or already do.
