I'm 15, 5'3'' and between 150-155lbs. Is that a lot? I find myself getting angry all the time because I hate the way my body looks. Sometimes I don't eat a lot and I drink a lot of water and no soda but then other times I find myself eating so much. After I eat I feel so guilty and my stomach is bloated and I feel huge!! I've become depressed by the way I look and I'm extremely self-conscience about my body. All of my friends tell me I'm not fat but I think they say it so i don't feel bad. I am also active with Track winter-spring. I have a lot of muscle but there is SOOOO much fat on my stomach and I don't know how to get rid of it. HELPPP!!!!!!
