Most people just say brownies (American influence, i guess). Quequitos or biscochitos are Spanish words that may apply

I live in Perú (South América). And everybody call them "Brownies" here also. May be in Spain they call it with a different name, as long as they try no to use foreign languages in their everyday.

Some would say pastelitos de chocolate oscuro. Others would say biscochitos de chocolate oscuro. O brownies.
