Oh and no we have not got back together but we have talked about it many times.... trying to get her back.. but the gift is not for that. It is only because I want her to have a good X-mas

Get her something small and impersonal such as a scarf, cute pair of socks (something with christmas decorations on them), or a gift card to a bookstore, iTunes, or starbucks. And when you give her the gift, TELL HER that you're giving her a gift because you want her to have a nice christmas, and not because you're trying to get her back.

sure, that's common and that i can sympathize! you're no longer loopy or pathetic. You conflict through a grieving technique after divorce extremely whilst it occurs as yours did. i'm undecided, yet i in my opinion have faith it might desire to be worse than dying of a companion for the reason which you sense you have been rejected. Mine became comparable to your subject. the 1st 365 days of trip trips became no longer difficulty-free, even though it have been given extra suitable. I frolicked with acquaintances and relatives. additionally we volunteered on the community pantry packing Christmas packing boxes. thinking approximately making somebody else satisfied helped me with my own harm and soreness. And enable me propose some thing that i did no longer be attentive to approximately after my divorce. hit upon a Divorce Care team on your section and attend. i'm no longer able to rigidity that sufficient. i've got faith it is going to furnish help to with the soreness, the questions, your self-worth and worth. there'll be others with comparable circumstances and experienced counselors or instructors that would furnish help to stroll through this hurricane on your existence. have faith me, it gets extra suitable, yet do no longer compound the priority by ability of having in touch with somebody else once you're nonetheless carrying around the baggage out of your divorce. it is going to in basic terms make your subject worse, not extra suitable. you % therapeutic first. i actually wish this helps.
