which oil is better:olive oil,corn,canola etc.?

i always use olive oil....i was told its the most natural...dont know if there is truth in it or not...

Extra virgin olive oil is very good, because it has lots of monounsaturated fats, which are great for your muscles. It also has some minerals if it's extra-virgin, which means it's the first time those olives have been squeezed. (for some reason, olive oil can be squeezed once and THEN still be called virgin)

Although, I've always secretly wondered what it would be like to cook with the fat they liposuction off of people. Still hungry?

Extra virgin coconut oil. It's the only oil who's components don't change in high temperatures. And it's a great anti-oxidant. Google it for further info.

Olive oil is very healthy for cooking. It is my oil by choice.

Soy oil when olive oil is not practical. Wesson, Crisco, etc... make soy oil.
