I made a Pavlova and a Lemon Merrague pie. I have lots left over. can they be frozen?

Un-garnished, a Pavlova will freeze well for up to a month, filled and wrapped well in foil.

Meringues get tough when frozen. That doesn't stop lots of people from freezing them, but perhaps they don't know the difference between a tender meringue and a tough meringue.

no, lemon merreingue pie cannot be frozen, sorry :( i'm not sure about Pavlova

Mostly anything can be frozen, especially pastries and cakes. So yes. it may not exactly taste the same, but it is possible to freeze it to make it last longer

YEA ,put them in a clean clear plastic bag. try to let out as much air as possible,i believe this stop the food from being freezer burnt.love love love LEMON meringue

Yes, Please cover with plastice wrap, then foil. Never kept pastry any longer then 3-4 weeks
