I am not overweight or fat, but i feel uncomfortable in my own skin. I hate going out and wearing "cute" clothes. I have tried so many things. I run and workout, my eating habit aren't the best but not bad either. I feel as though i will never get the body i want. I am just going to try not eating a lot and drinking tons of water. Is Gatorade bad?

I am sorry that you are uncomfortable in your skin and it's good that you are drinking a lot of water but you do need to eat. As you probably know water is one of the most essential nutrients of life if you don't have a glass over a period of five or more days you will probably die. The condition of not eating is called anxoriea and if you do not consume a full meal withina two week period then you will die. You asked at the end of your dialogue if gatorade is bad. This is a very intreresting question and one that can not be answered easily. Many scientists have just found out that a gatorade contains no caffinne unlike soda however like soda contains just as much sugar. Gatorade can be good for you though when you are sick or have a viral condition because it contains tons of carbohydrates. Carbs is what is stored up in your body and then used as energy so it helps to re-energize and re-juvenate you. I hope this has helped you and please feed yourself before it's too late!!!!!!

I'm not a doctor, but I can tell from my own experience that your problem might not by physical.

Have you ever heard of the self-image? That's how you see yourself. In most people, it's just the image our parents handed us. But you can change it, and once you form an image of a version of yourself that you really love, and you really see yourself as becoming that person, you won't have to do anything special.

Take a long look at yourself, decide objectively on what your strengths and weaknesses are. Then form a mental picture of how you want those areas to look. And get amped up about it. Do this every day for a month, and within a year you will BE a different person.

Forget trying to rein in on all the tiny details. Build a road, and let the cobblestones do the work. Best of fortune to you.

It's a mixture of matters--commonly it is too little activity (as a result of an excessive amount of comfort of "non-bodily" hobbies and movements, loss of right social areas TO get activity like parks and sidewalks, and so on.) and having meals WAY to effortless. Plus we are CONSTANTLY uncovered to it---billboards, TV/Radio, eating place commercials, in line at assess-out counters, merchandising machines, on-line. If you are continually uncovered to it, you are going to be continually considering it. And the extra you suppose approximately some thing, the extra you'll be able to have a tendency to have interaction in some thing it's you are considering--meals, exercises, TV, and so on.. I particularly hate that side of America. We're so severe; it is both the ones "wellness-nuts" who're obsessive about monitoring EVERYTHING or the ones individuals who have no idea or do not care and are obsessive about consuming EVERYTHING. Then there are individuals like me, who grew up round each forms of individuals, and now I don't have any thought myself particularly easy methods to manage matters like meals and for that reason wrestle a LOT. I understand what is healthful and well, and commonly I can keep on with it, however frequently seeing commercials for a satisfactory chocolate cake or any individual else consuming it, I begin to suppose, "I've been particularly healthful in recent years. And I've been placing plenty of time into tuition. Plus I simply aced that colossal examination... Maybe I deserve it." And then that piece of chocolate cake will turn out to be 2 portions, and BOOM I (any individual who eats fruit & oatmeal for breakfast and salads for dinner, and runs 6 miles a number of occasions per week plus force trains) simply emerge as some of the lazy Americans. It's a curler coaster. And I'd REALLY love to get off.

It's hard for one not to compare themselves with other and feel a strong hatred for ones own body. But don't waste your time and energy on this. You need to live your life. There are so many wonderful things that could be in your life (friends, family, a partner) that will make you happy. It could take a lot of year to recover from ones own hatred, I think you should ask your family or friends for support. I think you maybe be fighting a battle on your own and you need someone to help and support you.

If you don't eat enough, your body will consume itself to try to protect your heart and brain. Eventually your organs will shut down and you will die.
