What should I do if she just walks up to me a punches me in the face or if she kicks me in my balls for no good reason?

That's her way of saying that she either really likes you or really hates you. Search the history of the encounters between the two of you for which option is more viable. Either way, don't let it happen again. If she likes you, she will like and respect you more if you stand up to her by not allowing it to happen again. If she hates you, she will stop doing it if she knows she can't get away with it.

If you are a man, you cannot fight back. The police will always take the men to jail in a fight between a woman, unless the woman uses a weapon on him. Best thing you can possibly do is to run away.

First of all defend yourself. Nobody said that you have to hit her, just block her hits. Take a self defense class, martial arts, they teach those sorts of things. After the attack note the police to her attack so she won't do it again to you or somebody else. Just because she's a girl doesn't mean squat.

Personally hitting a woman, or anyone weaker than you who has no chance of defending themselves againist you in my view is very wrong, and the one of the most asshole-ish, low life things you can do.
But if someone is trying to do harm to you on purpose for their amusement or just to make themselves look better, screw the world's view on abusing women, woman or not, let them know it is not okay, let them know physically, and let them know hard and to the face.

Report her to the police. Even women or girls can be held accountable for their actions, but under no circumstances should you hit back.

ouch! just don't hit her back because if she tells the cops on you that you hit her, you will be in big trouble. Let her hit you, then call the cops & tell on her. She will go to jail for ASSAULT & BATTERY.
