Yes females get horny too. The age depends, there isn't a set age it happens. Many children masterbate at a young age and it is perfectly normal. Maybe ask your question a better way to figure out what it is you really want to know.

Yes, women are definitely capable of becoming horny. They are stimulated in different ways than guys are, that's all. Hormones are the difference, not race OR geography.
Guys are easily stimulated by visual criteria, which is why they are drawn to pornography. Women's fantasies are what get them hot and bothered. They often create exotic settings and situations in their minds to stir their passions. All a guy has to see is a bit of cleavage and he's ready to go, but a woman needs more subtle prompting. But, when push comes to shove, girls have always had equality in what it takes to knock it out with a lover.

Well, I am 24 and have the sex drive of a teenage boy. I have been told that it is something about the girls that went to my high school. I don't really understand how that makes a difference but I just went out with some guys from a different school in the same county and they all said all girls from my school are freaks. In some countries, Men are still considered more important that Woman. The boys will go out to school (if their families can afford it), whilst the girls stay at home and learn to cook and sew. Sexist as it is, that is the way of life there.

Yes, if you doubt it, notice all the children running around!! They are not just popping out of nowhere! Women want sex just as much as men. The difference is that women can control their sex drives and men are controlled by theirs.
