First of all I really don't like it when people answer a question with their pre-formed opinions. Yes we all should know that regular eating and excercise is enough, but sometimes when you have a larger problem you need help. If you haven't tried this program personally maybe it's not your place to put doubt in it for someone who may need it and actually benefit from it. I've been on Nutri System for 4 months now and I've lost 63lbs with walking or basketball as my only excercise. Most of the food is very good & tastes pretty identical to the regular version. There is some that I could not eat. I'll list both. Good Breakfast: Eggs (cheese or bell pepper w/mushroom), Granola Bars, Tropical smoothie shake, Granola cereal, Frosted oat cereal. // Bad Breakfast: Every Muffin! (I usually like muffins, but I couldn't eat thiers) // Good Lunch: All of the soups I've tried are very good, All of the tomato pastas are really good, Chicken Ala King is good. // Bad Lunch: Mashers, Other pastas such as cheese pastas...they aren't gross just no flavor. // Good Dinner: Most every dinner I've had was great. Hamburgers, Lasagna, All pastas, Beef stew, my fav is green pepper steak & rice, pizza's good // Bad Dinner: I can't think of any bad ones... // As far as snacks go they all taste like the real thing exept for the chocolate...it tastes more like carob?
I couldn't believe an answer I read on another nutri system question that someones Mother, Sister, & Friend have all done Nutri System for a whole year and only lost 6 lbs? A whole year and each losing that little? I'm sorry but I highly doubt it. Why would you even keep paying for something that long with such poor results? Anyway I hope that you do find something that works for you whether this is it or not.

a friend of mine was on it. the food was horrible, he stopped doing it. it was easy in the sense that all you have to do is microwave and portions are already there. he finally switched to the vegetarian menu for the meat he said was unpalatable. he ate regular meat a couple of times a week instead. he lost weight, it was easy, but with any diet, he suffered because the food was not very good.

I lost 120 pounds two years ago, but I did it by just eating good food in moderation.That stuff is not worth the money.It's just a marketing gimmick designed to make you think their food helps you lose weight. All it helps you lose is alot of hard earned money.

its just another racket with processed junk full of chemicals... try fresh fruit and veggies raw with low cal dips and tons of water I just lost 15 lbs in two weeks just by slacking off eating so much and taking in water by the gallon
