Please do not do this. The previous poster suggests doing it online yourself. This is a very good idea. To add on to that, may I suggest you go to irs.gov and check out FreeFile? Yes, that's right, you can file electronically for free if you qualify. This came about because the IRS insisted that providers of such services make them available at low or no cost to certain classes of people, generally low-income, but not always.

You will have to wait until January 12th to file electronically. If you can get all your information by then and you get the return accepted by January 18th, you can have the money deposited straight into your bank account on January 26th.

IRS will nto accept 2007 tax transmissions until 1/12 so that should be about right. Don't pay those awful fees for the loan. You gave the govt an interest free loan by overwithholding now you are paying to get that money back sooner. Insane! Cut withholding & NEVER get a refund!

Why don't you file online yourself and get your refund almost as fast- in say a week and not have to pay anyone else to give it to you? Doing the "money now refund" means they get to keep part of your refund. This is a very expensive loan.
