no bleaching, that is too much of a hassle.

Stripping is essentially the same thing as bleaching. I think it uses bleach, so really, I don't really know what the difference is. Either way, look forward to a lot of breakage!

Blue huh? I like it, but here are a few need to knows.

I'm guessing by the question your hair is colored now. With that in mind I'm hoping it's short. If not, it soon will be. Taking hair from black to the level needed to be blue is literally going black to white!! Bleach is the only thing that's gonna get you there.

If you don't get the hair it's whitest you will not get a good true blue. To much yellow left in the hair will make the blue color appear green! Not good! If you don't get it up to the palest yellow possible your sunk.

Unfortunately you have no other avenues than bleach.
