I was one of the plastics and looking back I think i missed out on something. like people say,
The day you graduate nothing matters. It doesn't matter who was popular it doesn't matte rwho you never talked to its like it never happend. In my mind it wasn't worth it if I could redo it I would have rather been a geeky kid then a popular cheerleader

I watched Mean Girls and I loved that movie.
But I never really noticed that kind of stuff going on back when I was in high school, in the early 90's. I went to a really small school though where everyone knew everyone else. (Small town....)

HELL YES! I have that movie sitting on my desk next to me. Mean Girls never go away, They are everywhere because girls are vicious. I actually started out as a mean girl but then realized what I was doing was wrong. Mean Girls ruled the school in my day and still do in my daughter's school.

I watched it and yes those girls can be just like that. I had dated a wonderful guy in High School. We had a stupid fight and my bf convinced me to break up with him. He tried to get back with me but I listended to her and turned him away every time. Guess what, years later he found me (thru a website) we got back together and it is wonderful. He let me in on a little secret. My ex-bf had tried to get a date with him when we were broke up. Catty??? You bet. I am thinking about sending her a picture when we get married and let her know her little plan did not work.

Sure, I loved that movie. I got teased a lot for being an angry little nerd, but as far as I know, I never got placed in any "Burn Books." Also, there were no Plastics — just bitches.
