it's pretty simple this is the recipe i use
it aprox two sandwiches

hard boil and peel 4 eggs
then crush them with a fork, leave no big chunks
add miricle whip or maynaise to your liking a tablespoon at a time until you get the consistancy you like, also watch when you use miricle whip it tends to get runny if you dont eat it right away
i usually sprinkle in paprika and chop up a pickle and mix it all up
i toast my bread and add some lettuce! Yummy!

Boil 3 eggs for 15 minutes.
Mix together 3 tablespoons mayo, 1 small onion (chopped).
Let eggs cool. Remove shell. Break into small pieces, mix with mayo/onion mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika.

I like to add a little vinegar and a teaspoon or two of mustard with the mayo, but it's up to you.

Boil your eggs and let them cool before peeling them. They should be at a full rolling boil for a minimum of 13 minutes to be done. Chop the eggs and add mayo, a tiny bit of mustard, salt, and pepper.

Good luck.
