I don't but I do have olive Garden's Penne al Rocca!
Olive Garden Penna alla Rocca
Ingredients
4 fl oz. Extra virgin olive oil
1 medium Yellow onion chopped
6 each Garlic cloves chopped
½ tsp. Crushed dried red pepper
24 oz. Chopped fresh ripe tomatoes
2 tsp Tomato paste
16 oz. Penne pasta (freshly cooked)
4 oz. Parmesan cheese
1 cup Chopped fresh basil
1 tsp Salt
2 Tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
Heat oil in a large pot over medium high heat. Add chopped onions, chopped garlic and crushed red pepper and sauté until onions begin to soften, about 4 minutes.
Add tomato and tomato paste and stir until tomatoes are just warmed through, about 2 minutes. Mix in balsamic vinegar, bring the sauce to a boil.
Add cooked pasta, 1 cup of Parmesan cheese and fresh chopped basil. Add salt and toss. Transfer to a large bowl. Serve with remaining Parmesan cheese.

i dont know the answer to that but I may be able to help you . I wanted to know a recipe that olive garden makes so I went to there website and they had the recipe there so you might try that ok bye bye
