Right about now, it sucks. Not ready for it. I am scheduled out of town until the evening of 21st and monster in law arrives 22nd. My parents are in the UK and I haven't had a holiday season with them since 2000. I am feeling blue, stressed and it's creeping up on me way too fast. AND husband has put tacky neon in the shape of a Payboy bunny in the living room. I think I'll do laundry, pack bags & drink myself to sleep.

Eventhough I am a muslim, i am having an enjoyable time in the holiday. I went recently kayaking at the Abel tasman in New Zealand and also i went to Queenstown for bungy jumping. Let me add another thing : I am invited for Christmast lunch and I am going. however, Halal dietary is top priority !

Too much going on. I work in a gift shoppe and cafe'. Everyone shopping, and hurrying and forgetting what Christmas is about.

it is going perfectly for me and my family. we always have a bueatiful holiday season. trees,lights,gatherings with family.gift exchanges,parties,cookie making.making out cards and recieving them. it is all so much fun. and the snow is so pretty.
